Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s products;
2. Based on the company’s established regional sales targets, develop a sales plan for this region, break down the targets, and ensure their effective implementation.
4. Develop customers in the regional market and establish a comprehensive distribution network.
4. Develop new customers, maintain existing ones, expand business channels, and conduct regular visits to both new and long-standing clients in the city.
5. Each month, develop regional product promotion plans and conduct post-event summaries and analyses for every campaign.
Job Requirements:
1. High school diploma or above; aged 22–40; hardworking and resilient; passionate about the sales industry; strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of organizing and planning.
2. At least six months of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry; candidates with experience in the alcoholic beverages sector will be given priority; veterans will also be given preference.
3. The company can provide training for candidates with no prior experience.

Job Description
1. Able to independently manage the department’s product operations, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and monitoring post‑launch performance.
2. Able to establish an effective data‑tracking framework aligned with operational objectives and the current product landscape, drive the optimization of operational strategies in response to business‑driven needs, and oversee the execution of online product‑promotion initiatives to achieve KPI targets.
3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, stay abreast of competitor activities, and conduct competitive analysis.
4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Possesses strong analytical and logical thinking skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent stress tolerance; able to independently manage and complete projects.
